However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Orbiproject.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Orbiproject and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for sales transactions between you and Orbiproject or injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased from Orbiproject.

THIS INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
